Exactly!! I grew up in the Czech Republic and the system you describe is basically the same. And we ALSO had a Chemistry teacher who was very strict, mean to everyone and caused all the students so much unnecessary stress. I was lucky because I never enjoyed Chemistry much.

The educational system seriously needs to change, especially in this part of Europe. I love your article!
