Write a list of everything you need to do each day. For example, if you’re working from home, you may need to write a report and create a detailed spreadsheet. Then, find ways to make your schedule as flexible as possible.
I've been doing this for the past few months and it's improved my productivity so much! I just have a to-do list and I can complete my tasks at any point during the day, which gives me great flexibility to do whatever I feel like doing.
I used to try to have a strict schedule but it restricted me too much. This is way better!
